00:04The weather forecast is here.

00:06Today is Monday, June 17, 2024.

00:10It's a holiday here in our country.

00:12We can see in our latest satellite images,

00:15the continuous flow of southwest monsoon

00:18or long and particular winds

00:20here in the northern part of Cabizayaan and Southern Luzon.

00:25And we expect that after the southwest monsoon,

00:28there will be a high chance of rain and cloudy skies,

00:31particularly in Palawan and Western Visayas.

00:36This is the area of Panay Island and also in Gimaras.

00:41In the ten parts of our country,

00:43we will still experience hot and sunny days

00:46while there is a high chance of rain,

00:49sunset and sunset in the afternoon until night,

00:52especially here in the western section of Luzon,

00:55where there are parts of Calabarzon, Bataan, Sambales and Camaynilaan.

01:00So we still expect that later in the afternoon until night,

01:03we will still have a chance of rain

01:05because we are expecting thunderstorms

01:07in the northern part of Luzon.

01:11Meanwhile, based on our latest data,

01:14we are still not monitoring any low-pressure areas

01:18or typhoons inside and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

01:24that we will have a low chance of having a typhoon.

01:28And this is what we expect the weather will be like here in Luzon.

01:31We can see that a large part of Luzon will experience hot and sunny days

01:36while there is a high chance of rain in the afternoon until night.

01:39It is also possible that there will be thunderstorms in the early morning.

01:42This is one of the characteristics of the southwest monsoon

01:46and particularly in the area of Central Luzon,

01:49Metro Manila and Calabarzon.

01:52It is possible that there will still be thunderstorms in the afternoon until night.

01:55The temperature outside is 26 to 33 degrees Celsius.

01:59In Baguio, it is 18 to 25 degrees Celsius

02:02while in Camaynilaan, it is 25 to 34 degrees Celsius.

02:06It is still a bit hot in Tuguegarao, it is up to 35 degrees Celsius.

02:10In Tagaytay, it is 23 to 32 degrees Celsius

03:19The temperature in Zamboanga is 25 to 33 degrees Celsius

03:24while in Cagayan de Oro City, it is 25 to 33 degrees Celsius

03:27while in Davao, it is 24 to 33 degrees Celsius.

03:30We expect that in the coming days, especially at the end of this week,

03:34the wind will be strong again

03:37so by Thursday and Friday, there is a high chance of rain

03:40in the western section of Visayas

03:44and possibly even in the western section of Mindanao,

03:47particularly in the Zamboanga Peninsula.
