00:00The Prophet ﷺ said that to ask Allah for everything,
00:04even if your shoelace breaks, ask Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala for a new one.
00:09Even if you want salt for your food, ask Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
00:14And you know, dealing with our emotions is a difficult task
00:18because we can't see them.
00:20And so the Prophet ﷺ taught us the beautiful du'a
00:24that we should say when things are difficult,
00:27which is,
00:28اللهم لا سهل إلا ما جعلته سهل وأنت تجعل الحزن إذا شئت سهل
00:36Right?
00:37Oh Allah, there is no ease except that which You make easy.
00:43And that which You made easy will become easy if You wish.
00:48So make my affairs easy.
