00:10Sa temang championing and empowering women in sports,

00:14muling magbubukas ang Women's National Collegiate Athletics Association o WNCAA

00:20para sa kanilang 55th season.

00:22Pero bago marangkada ang aksyon,

00:25nagsagawa muna ng press conference ang All-Women Tri-Level League noong Merkulis

00:30sa Hoh School na Assumption Antipolo.

00:32Magtatagisan sa labing tatlong palakasan ng mga student-athletes na mula sa labing anim na paralan.

00:39Ayon kay WNCAA Chairperson Maria Vivian Manila,

00:44patuloy ang layunin ng Liga na Palawigin ng Women's Sports sa bansa.

00:48With this, we shall continue fighting for women's sports.

00:53We hope to achieve what we have right now as our theme for this season,

01:00championing and empowering women in sports.

01:04Nagpasalamat naman si Assumption Antipolo School Director Marie Grace Magtaas

01:10sa tiwalang ibinigay sa kanila na maging punong abala ng WNCAA.

01:15And so Assumption Antipolo is very privileged to welcome the 55th season of WNCAA

01:22which we will open on Saturday.

01:25Our theme, championing and empowering women in sports, is something that's very close to our hearts

01:31and I'm sure it is also for all of you.

01:33You know that women empowerment is now the way to go, right?

01:38Right!
