00:20The government will distribute the Certificate of Condemnation and Release of Mortgage

00:27to 6,000 agrarian reform beneficiaries here in Nueva Ecija today.

00:37Good news, because 6,000 agrarian reform beneficiaries or ARB

00:41will be given almost 10,000 Certificate of Condemnation

00:46and Release of Mortgage in Nueva Ecija.

00:49The Certificate of Condemnation will be implemented

00:53under RA 11953 or the New Agrarian Emancipation Act

00:58that was passed by President Ferdinand R. Marquez, Jr. on July 7, 2023.

01:03It covers more than 10,000 hectares of agricultural land.

01:08According to the Department of Agrarian Reform,

01:12beneficiaries will now be able to pay a total of P277 million

01:19under RA 11953.

01:23The distribution of the Certificate of Condemnation

01:27in Nueva Ecija will be done first in Central Luzon.

01:32Aside from this, the government will also distribute

01:34P4 million of agri-credit checks

01:38to almost 500 agrarian reform beneficiaries

01:42that are affiliated with 12 ARB organizations.

01:48Beneficiaries are continuing to arrive

01:51and are expected to witness the activities

01:54of several local and government bodies today.
