00:00There is a shortage of farmers after the creation of the Certificates of Condemnation

00:08that were received by President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.

00:12The 1,119 Condemnation Certificates were distributed by the President and the Department of Agrarian Reform

00:22to 1,000 agrarian reform beneficiaries based in different places in Bulacan.

00:28Because of this, there are 274,970 farmers who have been deprived of their debts.

00:37According to the President, since there is no longer any debt of the farmers,

00:41they will have more opportunities to focus on the productivity of their land

00:48that will pave the way to ease their lives.

00:52Aside from the Condemnation, the President also distributed 343 Certificates of Land Ownership

00:59to 287 ARBs with a total of 232.76 hectares of land.

01:07Until this month, the government has distributed 136,116 land titles to 138,780 ARBs

01:20and more than 100,000 land titles will be given to beneficiaries in the next 12 months of 2024.
