00:06they expect attacking football, they expect chances to be created and to play with the tempo and us be on the ball.

00:13I like watching attacking football, I like coaching it. I think I made a decision when I started coaching,

00:19that's how I wanted my teams to play, try and outscore the opposition, regardless of the state of the game.

00:27Obviously it's entertainment as well, so you want to create as many chances as you can and be in possession of the ball.

00:34That's what I see as a responsibility, making sure that you're not stifling the players with your information

00:42and to get the best out of them. That's what we've tried to do.
