01:41same. The county government of Machakos shall consider pursuing the most appropriate and
01:49relevant options available within the established mechanisms of the constitution of the Republic
01:56of Kenya 2010, as read with the relevant provisions of the enabling and enacted laws
02:03in safeguarding the interests and rights that accrue in that regard.
