00:00Yeah, definitely. I think, you know, just, you know, the origin is year five, you know,
00:20the story of the Chinese bamboo tree, you know, you plant it and you basically water
00:26it for four years and, you know, and you see nothing really above ground. But the reality
00:32of it, it's what's growing beneath it. And if you know that the story of it in year five
00:39within a, you know, within a five week period, you know, it goes from zero to 80 to 90 feet.
00:45So, and the reality of it is, you know, it's not that it grew to 80, 90 feet in five weeks,
00:52you know, it's, it's really the root system that's been being, that's been built over
00:56the five-year period.
00:57You steal one of your old kids textbooks for that? How the heck did you find that little
01:01nugget out?
01:02Um, no, actually, you know, a friend of mine just told me the story, frankly, back in February
01:07and, you know, just my personal experience. Um, and the last opportunity I had, you know,
01:14won a Superbowl in year five. So that kind of generated the conversation. And then, you
01:18know, and we also, every year, you know, we have a theme, but we have, you know, sub
01:22themes to it too. And, you know, we've done a lot of work with O2X, a human performance
01:27group out of Boston. And they, you know, I thought they did a really good job with our
01:31football team and they had a slogan of, you know, improving 1% every day. So we also accompanied
01:37that as part of, part of the theme. And then in the third component is, you know, how are
01:41you going to do it? And that's, you know, be where your feet are and stay in the present.
01:44So, um, thought it was a good message this year.
