00:49when he announced the 23rd Philippine Service Fair yesterday in Davao City.

00:55He promised that the leadership of the House will continue to fulfill the order

01:02that in the new Philippines, no Filipino will be left behind.

01:06That is why the BPSF in Davao City became successful

01:10and provided assistance to the estimated 250,000 individuals.

01:17The program also distributed 1.2 billion pesos worth of assistance

01:23in cash and in-kind assistance from 38 government agencies.

01:28But aside from the assistance provided by the service fair,

01:31there are other programs that were announced in Davao City.

01:35One of them is the Integrated Scholarship and Incentives Program or ISIP

01:40where 3,000 students will receive 5,000 pesos in cash assistance every 6 months.

01:48They were also given 5 kilos of rice.

01:51It is also easier for them to get a job

01:54because they will be included in the Government Internship Program or GIP

01:58where they will be given priority to employ at the time of completion of their studies.

02:04Another program opened by the government in Davao City

02:07is the Cash Assistance and Rice Distribution Program or CARD.

02:11Here, 3,000 PwD, senior citizens, will receive 5,000 pesos in cash assistance

02:20and 20 kilos of rice.

02:30This is the Startup Investments, Business Opportunity, and Livelihood or SIBOL Program.

02:36The 3,000 beneficiaries who were selected for the program

03:01that the hospital will be given 50 million pesos in cash
