00:06This was after not just one or two, but eight countries were nominated for the World Travel Awards 2024.

00:15These included Asia's leading beach destination, dive destination, island destination, wedding destination,

00:24and even our marketing campaign, Love the Philippines.

00:28Meanwhile, Tourism Secretary Christina Franspo was awarded the Transformational Leader Award in Tourism Governance

00:38for her efforts to promote tourism in the country.

00:42According to the DOT, these awards not only reflect the beautiful and colorful culture of the Philippines,

00:49but also the great achievements of Filipinos.
