00:00I have some personal news this morning, it's not great news, not a panda story to finish

00:04the bulletin.

00:05I have been diagnosed with cancer, that's a shock to say and hard to say, but it's a

00:11really good kind, it's called chronic myeloid leukaemia, so it can be treated with a daily

00:15tablet and if I take care of myself I will be completely, absolutely fine, so I feel

00:20very, very lucky.

00:22I wanted to share this with you for a couple of reasons, firstly because everyone at home

00:26and here has been here for all the wonderful times, for the engagements and the weddings

00:30and the babies, for all of us, so it felt right to share this with you too.

00:34I know many of you have been in similar situations or much, much worse and come out the other

00:40side of it stronger and more resilient, and that's exactly what I plan to do.

00:44I thought I'd go keep it together and I will.
