00:00My name's Adam, I own and run Lark, the new business in Montague Street in Worthing.

00:08We are a wine and cocktail bar, we serve sort of seasonal food as well.

00:16The wine is predominantly low intervention, organic wines,

00:21but we hoped you wouldn't notice and that it is generally just kind of delicious stuff anyway.

00:27Why should you come here?

00:29We've got an excellent product, we've got a lovely atmosphere,

00:34we've got a lovely bit of style around the place.

00:37We're in the middle of town, there's other really great businesses around us to go to and after.

00:43And yeah, I don't know really, it's a local, independent family of one.
