Shocking footage show abandoned cars underwater after thunderstorms and flooding hit Florida.  Widespread thunderstorms brought downpours and flooding to Tampa Bay, Florida on Wednesday (4).  The footage show cars with their hazard lights on as the flood water continues to rise.  People who were living in the bay area where urged to use caution between 5pm and 9pm during the peak of the storm.  Cars were left stranded in the street as people waded through water to safety.  It is estimated that more than 5,000 residents have been left without power.
