00:26conservative agenda, but delivered it in an optimistic, passionate, upbeat, energetic way.

00:35And we should learn from that. We've never been the nasty party. I've never subscribed to that,

00:39but we have turned into the grumpy party. And young people are turned off by that. So let's

00:44change that. Let's be optimistic. Let's focus on them, attract them to the party,

00:49listen to their voices and deliver on their aspirations. And that's what I would do.
