00:07According to the forecast, the center of Tropical Storm Enteng is visible,

00:11100 kilometers west-northwest of Lawag City, Ilocos Norte.

00:16Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 is high in the northern part of Ilocos Norte

00:23and northern part of Ilocos Sur.

00:26While Signal No. 1 is in some places in Luzon.

00:30According to the forecast, it is possible for the Philippine Area of Responsibility to leave tomorrow morning.

00:37Local governments suspended their classes due to the effects of the storm

00:43while Malacanang suspended the access to government offices

00:48and classrooms in Metro Manila and Calabar Zone.
