00:0878 were from the Bicol Region, including the entire province of Albay, Camarines Norte and Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, and Bulan, Sorsogon.

00:1763 were from the Calabar Zone, including Cavite and Batangas, and several towns in Quezon and Laguna.

00:2513 places in Eastern Samar were declared as State of Calamity, including Calbayog in Samar and several towns in Eastern Samar.

00:34While there is only one place in Ilocos Region, Soxardien, Cordillera Administrative Region, and National Capital Region as State of Calamity.
