Pemeritah resmi merilis dua skema pembiayaan baru untuk pengelolaan, dan pembangunan infrastruktur oleh pihak swasta. Dua skema tersebut yakni, hak pengelolaan terbatas, dan pengelolaan peningkatan perolehan nilai kawasan.

00:00The government has released two new financing schemes for infrastructure management and development by the private sector.

00:10The two schemes are the Land Concession Scheme and Land Value Capture Scheme.

00:20According to the Secretary of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Susi Wiono Mugyarso,

00:24the two private financing schemes are intended to increase the burden of the APBN and APBD,

00:28as well as to accelerate national strategic projects.

00:31Moreover, the need for infrastructure financing continues to increase from year to year.

00:35Susi Wiono insisted that the limited management financing scheme was regulated in the 66th Paris Press in 2024,

00:42while the P3NK management scheme was regulated in the 79th Paris Press in 2024.

00:55To overcome the limitation of this financing source,

00:59especially for infrastructure development that originated from the APBN,

01:04it is necessary to optimize financing,

01:08including through the KPBU, then through the HPT,

01:15and also through other schemes such as LVC,

01:19which we will discuss later.
