Ingredients:
Minced meat (Keema) – 500 grams
Potatoes (Aloo) – 2-3 medium-sized, peeled and cubed
Onions – 2, finely chopped
Tomatoes – 3-4, finely chopped
Green chilies – 5-6, chopped
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
Oil – 3 tablespoons
Salt – to taste
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh coriander – for garnish
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
Mix in the minced meat and cook until it’s browned.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
Add tomatoes, green chilies, and spices. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates.
Add the potatoes and enough water to cover them. Let it simmer until the potatoes and meat are fully cooked.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.
