00:00Villaggio Italia is defined in many ways, a mini-Espo itinerante, a world-wide, itinerante-pluriannale exhibition, a concentration of Italianity, a bubble of Italianity.
00:25There are many ways in which it is told, and I must say that all these definitions, all these ways of telling it, actually tell us what this village wants to represent.
00:42Today we are at the second edition.
00:46The first occasion was the Port of Los Angeles.
00:50We built an ex-novo village, totally built by us on a large square, so we built a small town.
01:03This second village, in this special location, we have set up in this extraordinary building, this Terminal Crociere that hosted us.
01:16So it is a reformulation of a way of doing things that is a characteristic of us Italians, to know how to adapt to the places where we go.
01:30Here we are in a four-floor location, with a village built on 22,000 square meters, so well over 12,000 of the village of Los Angeles.
01:44And at the same time, in these 22,000 square meters, we have built that concentration of Italianity with which many represent us and distinguish us.
