Taam Pela is a Mazandarani dish prepared for special occasions and events. Taam Pela is filled with exquisite aromas, combining the fragrance of northern rice paddies with the scent of saffron and local butter, enveloping the whole house. You can prepare this dish with either red meat or chicken. My perennial choice for this dish is lamb meat.
