00:12directly responsible for, there's already a petition on the same issue or it

00:17doesn't ask for a clear action. This petition was rejected as it's not

00:21something the government or Parliament is responsible for. The person who

00:25created it seemingly wanted it built in an unnamed location so they don't have

00:30to travel a long way away. This petition asking a Tesco in Suddenbury to stop

00:35chasing away a regular feline visitor was also rejected as it's not something

00:40the government or Parliament is directly responsible for. Unfortunately a

00:45petition will not guarantee that the former Health Secretary will get to play

00:49007. Instead of a statue, fans petitioned for the outgoing Reds manager to have

00:56the iconic stand renamed after him. Unfortunately this is also something

01:00politicians are not responsible for. This campaigner petitioned the government to

01:05bring back the iconic group as they can't live without seeing them live.

01:09Alas even the government can't sort out boy band rifts. Three series and two

01:15films were not enough for this fan but again it's not something the government

01:19has power to commission.
