00:42Besides Hugh Jackman's Logan, many characters from Fox's X-Men movies are rumored to come
00:47back in the 2024 MCU film.
00:50While some of those returns have already been confirmed, the movie will also introduce a
00:55slew of new faces to the Deadpool franchise and the MCU.

01:14The first step to understanding the Deadpool and Wolverine theory lies in a key moment
01:19in the second Deadpool and Wolverine trailer.
01:21That footage made multiple reveals and teases, delving deeper into the movie's cast and showing
01:26a whole lot more of Jackman's Wolverine.
01:29The trailer also featured plenty of surprises, which included cameos and a magic portal.
01:35The latter is central to the new Deadpool and Wolverine theory.
01:38Past MCU movies and series have established a certain look for the magic portals in the
01:43MCU, and thus, there are a few characters who could have opened the portal.
01:48The MCU versions or multiverse variants of characters like Doctor Strange, Wong, and
01:53the Ancient One could be behind the Deadpool and Wolverine portal.
01:57Other established characters with access to sling rings are America Chavez, who was training
02:01in the mystical arts at the end of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and surprisingly,

02:21The Crown's Emma Corrin plays Cassandra Nova in Deadpool and Wolverine.
02:26She is the main villain of the movie, with Cassandra being the twin sister of Charles
02:30Xavier possessing similar powers to Professor X, which makes her a major threat to the movie's
02:35heroes.
02:36According to the Deadpool and Wolverine theory, Cassandra Nova will use Loki's TVA to help
02:41her lay waste to the multiverse.
02:43The major detail about the theory pertains to the portal scene in the movie's trailer.
02:48While Deadpool and Wolverine are jumping through the portal, Cassandra Nova can be seen smiling
02:53at the side.
02:54The villain shows no sign of being mad at the characters running away.
02:58In fact, the scene makes it look like Cassandra Nova is watching as Deadpool and Wolverine
03:03do exactly what she wants.
03:04The Deadpool and Wolverine trailer also showed cuts of a fight between Wolverine and Cassandra
03:10Nova, with the villain using her telekinetic powers to dance around with Logan as he tried
03:15his best to slash her with his claws.
03:17Based on Cassandra's immense power and how the two heroes jump through a portal seemingly
03:22right after the fight, she is most likely allowing them to escape.
03:26The Deadpool and Wolverine theory claims that Cassandra Nova is allowing them to retreat
03:30so she can follow the duo back to the TVA.
03:33As the movie's trailers have shown, the X-Men villain and her crew are in control of a wasteland
03:38in the Void.
03:39To survive there, Nova and the others had to be pruned by the TVA.
03:43As such, the theory proposes that she is not only aware of the organization but also wants
03:48revenge.
03:49Cassandra Nova would then follow the heroes back to the TVA's headquarters to try and
03:54get control of the multiverse through there.
