00:19reporting a new stone production of 37.7 million metric tons in the first semester of 2024.
00:26The increase in production is due to better contractor performance and less rainfall in the mining area.

00:44Dilip Srivastava said that the production of 37.7 metric tons in the first semester of 2024
00:51experienced an increase compared to the same period last year.
00:55which recorded as big as 35.4 million metric tons.
00:58The increase in production in the first semester of 2024 is due to better contractor performance
01:04and less rainfall in the mining area of PT Kaltim Primako or KPC.
01:09However, this increase in production is not equated with the average price of coal in the first half of 2024
01:15experienced a decrease to $75.2 per ton.
01:19While in the same period last year, the price of coal was recorded as big as $93.2 per ton.
01:25This decrease coincides with the trend of a decrease in the price of global coal.
01:29While the production cost per unit experienced a decrease from $52.8 per ton in the first semester of 2023
01:36to $47 per ton in the first semester of 2024.
01:40This decrease in cost is caused by a lower price of land oil and an increase in productivity of KPC.
01:46For 2024, the company targets coal production at 78 to 82 million metric tons.
01:52In short, coal production from PT Kaltim Primako or KPC is expected to reach 56 million metric tons.
01:59While from Arutmin, it is expected to reach up to 26 million metric tons.
