Happiness within!

What is the true meaning of happiness? How can one get happiness without any outside support? How can one achieve happiness from within? How can one get Permanent happiness?

00:00If you detach yourself from worldly happiness, that means you won't get the effects of sadness

00:06since it's like a cycle, right?

00:09So then what will you feel like, what happiness will you feel if there is any?

00:16Happiness means bliss because soul is full of bliss, full of infinite bliss.

00:24But we don't know, we have not realized our soul, we are not taking happiness from soul

00:31and we are borrowing happiness from other things.

00:34That's why happiness of the soul gets covered.

00:41So if you are not taking happiness from worldly things, then automatically all covering of

00:46soul will break and you will get within happiness from within soul.

00:55Because I am always feeling happiness from within soul, I don't want or I don't feel

01:05any happiness from worldly things.

01:07They are serving good food, they are giving good facilities, still I don't feel any such

01:13good happiness because I have inner happiness all the time, inner bliss that is really bliss

01:21inside, permanent bliss, permanent happiness.
