00:07There are two types of happiness, worldly happiness and permanent happiness.

00:14But if you want worldly happiness, then give happiness to others.

00:24If you hurt anybody, then you will get unhappiness.

00:27If you give happiness to others, you will get happiness.

00:31And you want permanent happiness, then you have to realize self, who am I?
