00:00Yeah, I think firstly, Conor has performed very well all season and I spoke to Paul Pogba

00:08because at the start of pre-season he said he would perform better if he were to come out and play.

00:15So, that's the reason.

00:17Yeah, and listen, I think, as I said before, there has been a bit of football and a bit of having reached the valuation,

00:23which is number one. So, from our point of view, that's where we stand as a football club.

00:29But, yeah, as I said, the decision to play was purely based on what I've seen in pre-season.

00:34Yeah, I spoke to him, he understands it, he understands what's going on behind it.

00:39And, of course, from my point of view, it's not an easy moment for him as well.

00:43There's a lot of speculation, I'm sure he's aware of what's happened and the bits where we've seen it.

00:48So, I think, firstly, I need players who are fully motivated and committed to play.

00:55I have no idea, I think, as you said, I think, as a footballer, we do need to make a decision.

01:01And, obviously, the pitch we received, and not the valuation, but from our point of view,

01:08and I think it's really important for me to say I have the early on Michael State.

01:11I think he's a fantastic goalkeeper.

01:13But I think sometimes it gets taken out of the manager's hands as well,

01:18in terms of what conversations we've had with Michael and the club.

01:24So, oh, yeah, I hope he is.

01:27I can't say I'm 100 per cent confident, probably not.
