01:07Well, first of all, how pleased are you to be back?

01:08Very happy to be back.

01:19There was obviously interest all the way through the windows you would expect.

01:23Is it a relief as much as anything?

01:25Yeah, more than you can probably imagine, even for me.

01:29Been training, waiting, getting calls every day, trying to sort it out.

01:34But just pleased to be back now.

01:36And it must mean a lot to you when any club,

01:39particularly one you've been at before, shows that determination to sign you.

01:44No, definitely.

01:45I think the club did everything they could and I'm very grateful to them now,

01:49especially after how the season went last season.

01:52Just happy to be back.

01:53And you'll obviously have been keeping a close eye on how things have been

01:57developing over the summer.

01:58Do you feel you're coming back to a much stronger squad,

02:02even than the one you left last season?

02:04Yeah, definitely.

02:05Obviously, I've been speaking to a lot of the players over the summer.

02:08Now they've been talking about how they've been working harder,

02:12new tactics, new players, and definitely saying it's looking like a positive season for sure.

02:18How is it when you're in that position, when you're waiting for things to happen?

02:21Do you speak a lot to last season's teammates?

02:24Do you feel like you can?

02:26Yeah, definitely.

02:27I think obviously I'm close with a lot of the players now,

02:29but over the summer, we've just been talking about what's going on.

02:33Obviously, they ask me what I'm doing.

02:34I'm just like, I'm waiting, hopefully get things done sooner rather than later.

02:39But yeah, all of that kind of conversations.

02:42And how are you physically?

02:43How much training have you done this summer and how ready are you for Sunday, for example?

02:47Well, I'm going to be back training with the group hopefully tomorrow.

02:51I've been training in Manchester with the City group.

02:54So I've been there over the summer.

02:57Right, so it's been a fairly involved pre-season, not with Troyes.

03:03I haven't been back at home sitting doing nothing.

03:06Yeah, sure.

03:07But I just mean in terms of you've not been training on your own either.

03:10You've been training with other footballers, basically.

03:13So do you feel, obviously it's the manager's decision,

03:16but do you feel that you're ready to go on Sunday if needed?

03:20Of course, I'm going to say I'm ready,

03:21but I'm going to have to speak to the coach and see,

03:24because obviously I haven't been training with the group.

03:26So it'll be my first session hopefully tomorrow.

03:30And obviously last season ended so positively,

03:34and you personally and the team had such a good second half of the season.

03:39Were you always really keen that it was this club you came back to?

03:44No, definitely. I think more than anything, it was just the feeling I had,

03:48especially how we finished the season.

03:51As you can imagine, I've been to so many clubs,

03:53but I definitely had a big feeling,

03:55even though it was such a short period that I was here.

03:58But I really had a lot of love and a lot of support from the club,

04:02the fans and everyone.

04:03I think my decision was really made after the end of last season.
