00:06In the Pulse Asia survey commissioned by the Senate Committee on Basic Education, Arts, and Culture,

00:12Chairperson Wynne Gatchalian,

00:1476% said they are in favor of having cellphones banned in schools.

00:2013% said they would, while 11% said they would not.

00:261,200 respondents responded to the survey.

00:29Gatchalian insisted that gadgets are prohibited in schools from kindergarten to senior high school.
