Bangladesh students call for nobel laureate Yunus to lead interim government

Bangladesh student protest leaders say they want Nobel laureate Muhammad Yunus to lead an interim government, a day after the military took control as mass demonstrations forced longtime ruler Sheikh Hasina to flee the country.

00:00We have decided that Dr. Muhammad Yunus will be elected as the Prime Minister of the International Government.

00:21He has agreed to take up the responsibility of protecting Bangladesh in the name of student rights.
