00:00I would say coach representation, honestly. I feel like that's the first step.
00:03I heard a stat where it's only 16% right now of female coaches,
00:07and so again, we want to inspire the next generation to want to coach
00:11and believe that their dream is possible.
00:13And so I think being able to have that, maybe next Olympics it's at 30%,
00:18move that up, it's going to make a huge difference,
00:20and then pay equity is definitely next.
