00:00Going to Paris, this is your second Olympic stint after Tokyo.
00:07What did you learn from the past Olympics that you'll bring to this Olympics?
00:13And what do you think are your chances for a medal,
00:17especially since you're hoping to bring home medals here in Paris?
00:24What I've learned in 2020 is to not be ashamed to make a big move,
00:33to perform what I've worked hard on in my practices.
00:40I've noticed that I was ashamed there,
00:44so I wasn't able to bring out what I've practiced before.
00:53Maybe it's also a lack of experience because it's something new.
01:01Of course, I've discovered new skills,
01:07and I know that I can do it this time.
01:11Knowing that I was fourth in Tokyo,
01:16I feel like I can do it again,
01:20and I'm aiming to win a medal this time.
01:24It's a better performance compared to before
01:29because all I got was frustration,
01:34frustration and anger.
01:38What I've said in my interviews is that
01:41all of my competitions are about revenge.
01:45But when it comes to practice,
01:50it's not the proper way.
01:54For me, it's not the right way.
01:58Maybe I should improve myself in gymnastics,
02:01in practice, and outside gymnastics.
02:05I think that when I perform this time,
02:09I know that I'm happy with what I'm doing,
02:12and I can give my whole heart to it.
02:16You used to feel fueled by the anger you wanted to get back,
02:22but now you're happier, right?
02:25Yes.
02:26I feel like I'm running out of myself
02:31when it comes to anger and frustration.
02:36It's hard for me. I'm frustrated.
02:40I need to realize that I should be happy
02:45and grateful for what I'm going through.
