00:13Wall Street Journal, an American Marine. They've ranged in months to years in their imprisonment
00:20and detention in Russian prisons and prison camps. And this important landmark deal is
00:26a reminder of just how hard the Biden administration has worked to secure the release of Americans
00:31held hostage or wrongfully detained overseas. I know their families are relieved. I am elated.
00:38And I'm hopeful that we can move through the Congress and get to the president's desk two
00:43pieces of legislation I've co-sponsored that will make sure that when they return home,
00:48they won't face a bad credit score or tax fines and fees because they've been imprisoned
00:55outside the United States.
