05:05 Bringing it back to the states puts the question where it belongs with a vote of the people.
05:10 And over time, it will work out, and it already is working out, and the country is starting

05:21 So in addition, we're going to do a lot of other things, but that's something we had

05:29 And again, for 52 years, they wanted to bring that issue back to the states.

05:38 And if you take a look at Ohio, they just voted a different vote than people thought

05:51 But that's the way it is, and it's something that we should cherish.
