00:00Morning from day seven in Paris and it's actually a pretty frenetic one today
00:03from GB perspective. First kind of medal shout quite early this morning is Jack
00:08Norho with Anthony Harding in the three meter synchro diving competition. Now
00:13they're number two in the world behind the Chinese and the Chinese have been
00:16dominating the competition so you would think realistically looking at it the
00:20best they can hope for is silver. There's athletics getting underway, likes of
00:24Dina Asher-Smith, Keeley Hodgkinson in action today on the opening day of the
00:28track and then we're at the rowing with perhaps our best chance of gold all day
00:34which is Imogen Grant and Emily Craig going in the women's lightweight double
00:38skulls. There's also a chance of a medal for the men's pair in the same rowing
00:44regatta. Elsewhere, Bryony Page looking very strong in the trampolining and will
00:49have her eyes on gold and then looking towards the swimming pool this evening
00:53Duncan Scott and Tom Dean both qualified for 200m individual medley but
00:57they're up against the French superstar Léon Mochon and Ben Proud also goes in
01:01the 50m freestyle. There's the BMX as well where Beth Shriver is the
01:05defending champion in the in the racing and she won all three of her races
01:10yesterday looking very very good despite having come into this with a broken
01:14collarbone six, eight weeks out from the Games but looking strong for the gold.
