00:24second so they've taken that sort of devastation to try and put everything
00:29right in training a couple of weeks ago they beat their own world record in
00:34training so not even in a competition so they're on good form we've been so
00:38consistent of winning gold medals in the sport since 1984 and so when you lose
00:45that run there's always a disappointment of that but that was 40
00:50years ago is that if we'd won two medals 40 years ago we would have been
00:54absolutely delighted we've been disappointed if it wasn't wasn't gold
