00:00The Department of Social Welfare and Development, or DSWD, is stepping in to support fisherfolk
00:05whose livelihoods have been impacted by the recent oil spill incident in Bataan.

00:17The Department of Transportation, or DOTR, and the Asian Development Bank, or ADB,
00:23signed agreements to expand technical advisory services
00:26for key transport projects aiming to improve commuting.
00:30They formalized agreements for services related to the MRT-3,
00:34the Davao Public Transport Modernization Project,
00:37and the Philippine Automatic Fare Collection System.
00:40The DOTR is advancing the Public Transport Modernization Program, or PTMP nationwide,
00:47following widespread participation from the transport sector.

00:54confirmed the implementation of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s directive
00:58to proceed with the PTMP after the April 30 consolidation deadline.
01:04The Philippine National Police, or PNP, is preparing to file a new cyber warrant
01:09as part of its investigation into alleged hacking devices seized from a Chinese national.
01:15Initial digital forensic results suggested the devices were used for scamming,
01:20but the PNP needs more evidence to determine possible espionage use.
01:25Currently, the Chinese national is under the custody of the Bureau of Immigration
01:29and is facing multiple charges under the Cybercrime Prevention Act,
01:33including illegal interception and misuse of devices.
01:38The Department of Social Welfare and Development, or DSWD,
01:42has various programs to support fisherfolk affected by the oil spill in Limay, Bataan.
01:48Assistance is available through the Ayuda sa Kapos Ang Kita, or ACA program,
01:52pending assessment by social workers.

01:59kicks off and will launch a month-long celebration in September for Civil Service Month.
