00:46But it feels good being back, you know, just just being with my brothers again.
00:50Not just, you know, on the sideline being a cheerleader, but actually being in the fire

01:21How long did it take you to fully trust the injury recovery and you're like, I feel like

01:28Because a lot of people, you know, have that mental hurdle.
01:32I definitely just threw out the whole recovery and rehab process.
01:37It was just one of those things that I went to my training sessions with like, okay, today
01:41I just got to trust it.
01:43Whatever we do, whatever Brit throws at us, whether it's the bands, whether we just, you
01:47know, get to run full speed for two reps, let me just go out there and just trust that
01:51everything is great.
01:52So when I come out here, it'll be easier for me to just run around and, you know, play
01:57football.
01:58So it really just carried out throughout my whole year recovery.
02:01Like every workout, I'm just like, you know what, forget it.
02:04If it hurts out there, it's just going to hurt, but I'm just going to trust it.
02:08And now that I'm out here running on the field, I feel like my instincts are, you know, they
02:12definitely back.
02:13They kicking in.
02:14Like, it's something that I don't have to worry about on the field, whether my knee
02:17is going to be all right after this play or not.
