So tonight is the last night of Festival 2. You'll see some extra police around and about in the town.
00:05
Be assured, we want everyone to have a good time. We are here for reassurance.
00:10
If you need us, if you need something, some help, come and find someone in a yellow jacket.
00:15
We are here for that. Let's also be clear though, there are very few people who come out for something more
00:21
than to come and enjoy this free festival. That's also what we're here for.
00:24
So if you are coming here to mess around, cause us any issue, cause members of the public issue,
00:29
to prevent people from enjoying the festival, we will also get involved and we'll remove you from the area very, very quickly.
00:35
We've brought the generations together and it brings life back to Macmillan.
00:40
They have really great acts on. We've had examples in previous years.
00:45
I remember having the BAMFs when I was about 14, 15. It's actually Tom's first time.
00:50
I wish I'd made it this far. It's free.
00:53
And I really like when he's in Gunflowers.
00:58
It generates a lot of business in the town and it's a free festival for the people of the town.
01:05
This is the 39th year and we have been here 39 years.
