01:17Democratic people of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, once more time,

01:25it is demonstrated that sovereignty lies in you, as it is on the Article 75 of the

01:39Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Yesterday, on July 28, the citizens expressed their absolute

01:49will, electing as president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, citizen Nicolás Maduro

01:56Amoroso, for the term 2025-2031, as it is in Article 170 of the Constitution. The presidential

02:23election was held in a respectful, peaceful, and democratic participation environment,

02:33despite some people intended to generate violence. There were a lot of attacks to

02:42our electoral system, several attacks, but the ethics and morals of our electoral council

02:51defeated all hindrances. We thank the armed forces, the national Bolivarian armed forces,

03:08and the security corps of the state for guaranteeing security and peace before and

03:17after this electoral process. We extend a special recognition, and we thank all missions,

03:30all international missions of international observers that are here with us.

03:36We request, on behalf of the electoral council, of being the spokepersons of what you have been

03:58living here during these days. Many of you have been here for many days in our dear homeland,

04:10which is the homeland of every one of you. Today, on July 29, we are summoned here to

04:21the proclamation of President-elect, by the will of the people, of the sovereign people,

04:28Cidicen Nicolás Maduro Amoroso, as it is the constitutional dispositions that are established

04:49in the electoral council. We proclaim him as President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Amoroso,

05:30was 5,900,000 people. And so, he was presidential candidate of the great patriotic poll,

05:47who obtained the absolute majority of this election, resulting as President-elect for a

06:03six-year term, as it is established by the constitution. We delivered the act of the
