00:04You and I are both very high on this team.

00:07I'm going to turn you loose, my friend.

00:10Yeah, I want to see how the Lions responded to being favorites last year, right?

00:14They've always been the plucky underdog the last couple of years.

00:17And now all of a sudden last year, they had to play with expectations.

00:19And what did that mean?

00:20Well, they went out and they met that in week one by beating the Chiefs.

00:23And they showed you they were ready for it.

00:24Unfortunately, Dan Campbell wasn't ready for the big stage and made some terrible decisions

00:28in a playoff game that they should have won in San Francisco.

00:31But they did not.

00:32And I know I should let that go.

00:34But financially, I was invested in the Lions and I can't let it go.

00:36I just can't let it go because it was right there.

00:39But I digress.

00:40Dan Campbell is in a great situation this year.

00:42And so are the Lions from a fantasy perspective.

00:44Jared Goff, incredibly steady.

00:46He's only got three games where he's going to be outside playing this year.

00:49That's amazing for Jared Goff.

00:51Jameer Gibbs last year.

00:52You know, everyone keeps talking about worrying about David Montgomery.

00:56I must be the only person on the planet not worried about David Montgomery because Jameer

00:59Gibbs to me, he is my fourth running back off my board.

01:04You can argue fifth too, but I'm looking at the age and looking at his role in the offense.

01:09I'm looking at what he did last year.

01:11And let's keep in mind, he did nothing for the first six weeks of the season last year.

01:14Nothing.

01:15And he still finished as RB 10 last year.

01:17He had 10 rushing touchdowns.

01:19So all this, well, he's not going to get as many rushing touchdowns because David Montgomery,

01:21well, he had 10 last year and he was irrelevant for six games.

01:26So I think the possibility of repeating that is there, this is a really good offense.

01:30He caught 52 balls last year.

01:32So he is the next Alvin Kamara, right?

01:36Like that's the way you want to put it.

01:37He is that kind of guy.

01:39So we know what Alvin Kamara did in his peak.

01:43And that's basically what Jameer Gibbs is going to be.

01:45And just like Alvin Kamara, right?

01:48He had Mark Ingram with him, right?

01:51Well, David Montgomery is going to like that Mark Ingram, the guy that's going to get some

01:53mop up work.

01:54So I think this guy's is going to, you know, help keep Jameer Gibbs healthy and on the

01:57field.

01:58But I love Gibbs.

01:59I also love LaPorta too.

02:00LaPorta last year, a breakout season as a rookie.

02:03The tight end class is so good this year compared to last year.

02:07You're talking about stars, Trey McBride, LaPorta, Kincaid, Kyle Pitts on the precipice.

02:14Last year, nobody wanted to leave a look at tight end.

02:16This year, it's like, how can I get as many of these guys and play them at flexing?

02:19That's how good they're going to be.

02:21And LaPorta, many boards is number one.

02:24I still put Kelsey one.

02:25I still will put that track record against anybody.

02:27Amon Ross St. Brown is still set up to be, again, if you're drafting in the middle, Amon

02:31Ross St. Brown is going to be there anywhere from four to eight.

02:35And he is my target pick.

02:36He is my number one dude there.

02:38That's the guy that I want in the middle of drafts.

02:40So consistent, so good every single week.

02:43The targets are there, the production's there.

02:45And if Jameson Williams can actually deliver and get himself together and a lot of positive

02:49buzz so far on Jameson Williams and be that guy that takes the top off the defense, the

02:54big play guy, like he was in Alabama, well, guess what?

02:57The Lions are going to be even better offensively as long as health cooperates.

03:01So I am very bullish on the Lions.

03:03I love to invest in the Lions offense, not so much Montgomery, as much as the other guys

03:07that kind of highlighted there, but Gibbs specifically at the turn, he's basically sitting

03:11out there, Matt.

03:12And every time I'm at the turn, I'm taking Jameer Gibbs.
