00:00There's a manhole cover in the road up 100 yards, 200 yards.

00:05For some reason it just keeps overflowing constantly.

00:09I've recorded it for three days solid.

00:13So basically raw sewage and whatever,

00:16excrement, toilet roll and other things have been floating down the road,

00:22drying, going into people's driveways.

00:25It's been backing up on my drain in the garden.

00:29This day and age it just should not happen.

00:32It is disgusting.

00:34I've got grandchildren, myself, I've got animals.

00:39I just can't believe it's happening.
