00:30The M.A.C.T. case was filed for Rs. 18,00,000.
00:34Since 2018, this case has been going on.
00:37Till date, only the letter has been filed.

00:57What is the response from the C.M.H.O.?
00:59The C.M.H.O. is saying that they have filed an appeal in the High Court.
01:04But they don't have any statement against them.
01:07They have also spoken to their Deputy and the ADJ.
01:11But there has been no satisfactory answer from them.
01:14And in the appeal, they have given a date of January 2025.
01:18But even in that, it is pending in the default.
