00:00Carlos, end of your second tour de France, how do you sum up, how are you feeling tonight,
00:10Sunday night?
00:11Well, it's been a difficult tour, for everyone I think, we've been managing difficult situations
00:19but the main thing is that we gave our best, we tried and we need to be happy with that.
00:27It's a process towards the future where hopefully we'll get better results, but yeah, it is
00:34what it is, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but yeah, we can ask for more
00:41if we gave our best in the road and we made everything as well as we could, so yeah, now
00:54it's time to recover a little bit and hopefully it's a good experience towards the future.

01:16Yeah, it's been quite demanding, the body wasn't 100% but I had to keep trying, keep

01:33or not, just arriving to the finish line as fast as possible and making all the work from
01:40the people around worth it.
01:42If you had to pick out one big learning from this race, maybe it's too early, but is there
01:47something that sticks in your mind, you're only 23, I think the youngest guy in the top
01:5220 at this race, going into other Grand Tours, is there something already that you take away
01:58from this race or is it a bit too early to tell?
02:01Yeah, just to have confidence in yourself, giving your best to the finish line because
02:06you never know what can happen.
02:10Tour de France, you'll be back next year I'm sure?
02:13Let's see, let's see, but yeah, if I come back, I'll come back with hunger to do better.
02:19And I know this evening you're going to spend some time with your family, with your teammates
02:23and with the staff as well, I know the staff really enjoy working with you and I know that
