Ashley Cain arrives in John O'Groats to complete world record attempt

Endurance athlete and childhood cancer activist, Ashley Cain, became the first and only man ever to complete the ULTRAMAN Challenge - once running, once cycling and once kayaking three full lengths of Great Britain In under three months.

01:12All I've had to look to do is to look up to the sky every time things got hard

01:17And realize that she's looking down on me and to be able to continue to do that

01:22It's a blessing to be out of battle for 80 days out there is a blessing to be able to feel pain is a blessing

01:29The main thing that my daughter taught me she taught me by example

01:34There's even through your darkest moments. You can create someone else's brighter days

01:39I had to have the very unfortunate thing to write my daughter's eulogy

01:44Strong right eulogy

01:47For your daughter on a date is probably the most difficult thing you will ever have to do as a parent

01:52But in that eulogy, I vowed to take her around the world with nothing but daddy power

01:58to the top of every mountain

02:01to the bottom of every valley

02:03Along every road and across every ocean

02:07And by keeping my life that simple I've managed to achieve more things in the last three years than I have my entire life
