00:15This is a reacts to EA and Respawn losing Star Wars exclusivity.
00:20I am actually really stoked about that.
00:23First off, I'm not that big on what EA and Respawn have done with the Star Wars license
00:29when they had it, so I'm happy to see some others get an opportunity and see what they
00:33can do with it.
00:34Hopefully they can make some interesting, good games.
00:36I know other companies in the past have made some really cool, interesting Star Wars games,
00:41but thus far, we like the original Star Wars Battlefront, I think it's on the PlayStation
00:462, but when they re-did it, EA re-did it, they just really messed things up.
00:51The typical EA was like loot boxes, and they just made it so unfun to play, that it's just
01:01like ugh.
01:02You know, you couldn't have as many characters and players against each other and everything,
01:07it's just like, what did you, we made it look better.
01:11Oh, okay, well, it's a small little area that looks better, but it's not like the original.
01:18So I didn't like what they did there.
01:21There's been other ones they've done that's just like, meh, you know, honestly, just ugh.
01:27They don't really resonate, you don't want to play them that long.
01:30So I'm hoping that some new companies will make some cool, new, interesting Star Wars
01:36video games, because it's a good universe, and there's lots of different things in the
01:41Star Wars universe that can be fun to do and play, and I just hope that some of the companies
01:47pick up the thing, plus maybe EA and Respawn will now up their game, now that they have
01:53some competition, they'll have a monopoly on the license.
01:56Of course, the same thing Goku said for the NFL football games, it'd be nice if there
02:00was some competition there too.
