00:29Like I said, we're making cocktail sauce.
00:31Let's drop down here and see what our ingredients are for this.
00:33We are going to have half a cup of ketchup,
00:36juice of one lemon,
00:38one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce,
00:40two tablespoons of prepared horseradish,
00:42two teaspoons of fresh garlic minced,
00:45and a little salt and pepper to taste.

00:51Let's start making this up.
00:53Get yourself a bowl big enough for the ingredients.
00:56You're going to throw in your ketchup,
01:00Worcestershire sauce,
01:02your fresh garlic.
01:07Squeeze your lemon in there.
01:20Salt and pepper.
01:21I always say a little pinch of salt and pepper.
01:23I go about a quarter teaspoon of each.
01:26And then you've got your horseradish.
01:28This is prepared horseradish.
01:30It's straight horseradish.
01:32It's not the stuff that's got the mayonnaise or sour cream or whatever they do in the bottle
01:37where it's mixed with something else.
01:39It's straight horseradish.
01:40That's what I mean when I say that in the ingredients in the recipe.
01:43So that's what you want to do.
01:45Mix it up really good.
01:47I've got some shrimp.
01:48We're going to get a picture of those with this beautiful cocktail sauce.
01:52Then we're going to come back and taste it.

02:34I've poached it in some white wine, butter, olive oil, and some garlic and salt and pepper.

03:02That cocktail sauce pairs so well with shrimp.
03:10I like it with breaded shrimp too or any kind of, you know, catfish is good.
