00:00A great way to improve the performance and appearance of your Defender is by installing Land Rover wheel spacers.

00:10However, it is important to choose the right type of spacers and ensure that they are installed correctly to avoid any negative effect.

00:19Let's take a look at the correct installation steps.

00:22Use a cross wrench to remove the lug nuts on the side of the wheel in a diagonal sequence,

00:28but do not remove them completely.

00:30Using jacks to support each end of the car is a better safety measure.

00:35Use a cross wrench to remove the wheel's side lug nuts.

00:39Remove the wheel of the hub and set it to the side.

00:43You can use a brake cleaner to remove them.

00:45Remove any rust and dirt from the wheel hub with a rug.

00:49Widen the entire surface to ensure it is smooth,

00:52because all of that surface may cause the wheel spacer to not fit perfectly with the hub.
