00:22We are now given the opportunity to address your questions regarding the programs and activities of the Civil Service Commission.

00:36Is it possible for Latin honors graduates from Open Distance Learning Schools to be eligible?
00:43Latin honors graduates from Open Distance Learning Schools are included in the list of honors graduates from the Civil Service Commission.
00:56In our CSC Resolution No. 23-00615,
01:01the Honor Graduate Eligibility has been extended as well as a Career Service Professional Eligibility for Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, and Summa Cum Laude
01:14of Open Distance Learning Programs from Open Universities and Colleges accredited by the Commission on Higher Education.
01:24This is the answer of the CSC to the long-awaited request of Open Universities under the leadership of the University of the Philippines Open University
01:34to include their students with Latin honors in the so-called Special Eligibility.
01:41The Honor Graduate Eligibility can be used to apply for first and second level positions in government
01:50that does not require practice of profession and does not include bar board or special laws.
01:57What should be done to avail of the so-called Eligibility?
02:02To be given the so-called Eligibility, you just need to apply to the CSC Regional Office or any of its field offices
02:11that has a jurisdiction in the school where the applicant finished.
