00:00In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

00:08Assalam-o-Alaikum. How are you all?

00:12Welcome to my channel.

00:14Today I will share with you a very healthy ice cream recipe.

00:19So let's start today's recipe.

00:24For this we have taken strawberries and kiwi.

00:30You can select any fruit of your choice.

00:34Then we will peel the kiwi and slice it.

00:40You can also cut it as per your choice.

00:55Now we will cut the mango flavored jelly.

01:04You can also use fresh mangoes.

01:16Now we will freeze the ice cream mold.

01:25Now we will set the fruits in the ice cream mold.

01:46Now we will put it back in the freezer.

01:52In the meantime, let's start making the ice cream.

01:57First of all, we have taken 200 ml of dairy cream.

02:03Now we will beat it with the help of a machine to make it fluffy.

02:22Now we will add 135 g of sweet condensed milk.

02:28You can increase the quantity of condensed milk as per your choice.

02:33Now we will add 1 tsp of vanilla essence.

02:37Now we will mix it well with the help of a machine.

02:59Now we will put the ice cream in the freezer.

03:05We will not fill it completely but we will add fruits as well.

03:10Now we will fill the rest of the space with ice cream.

03:41Now we will soak the ice cream sticks in water for a while.

03:49Now we will put aluminum foil on the ice cream mold.

03:52You can also use the caps that come with the ice cream mold.

03:56But since we will use ice cream sticks, we will use aluminum foil.

04:02Now we will put the ice cream in the freezer overnight.

04:11To take out the ice cream, we have added 1 cup of lukewarm water in a bowl.

04:16We will keep it in the bowl for a while.

04:18Do not keep it for a long time or else the ice cream will melt.

04:32You can see how well the ice cream is set.
