Gather materials: You'll need a dishwasher bracket kit (which usually includes brackets and screws), a drill, a level, and a pencil. Locate the studs: Find the studs in the wall behind the dishwasher using a stud finder. Mark the center of the studs with a pencil. Position the bracket: Hold the bracket against the wall at the height you want the dishwasher to be installed. Mark the holes Mark the holes for the screws using a pencil. Be sure to mark the holes on the center of the studs. Drill pilot holes: Use a drill to make pilot holes for the screws & note that Drill Should Smaller then Screws. Install the bracket: Use screws to attach the bracket to the wall. Make sure the bracket is firmly attached to the wall. Position the dishwasher: Slide the dishwasher into place, and make sure it's level. Attach the dishwasher: Use the screws provided in the dishwasher bracket kit to attach the dishwasher to the bracket.Test the dishwasher: Turn on the dishwasher and run a cycle to make sure it's working properly.
